Hongsa Power joins the 18th Elephant Festival 2025

The 18th Elephant Festival in Xayabouly Province will be held from February 18-24, 2025. The official opening ceremony will be held on February 22, 2025.

Hongsa Power Co., Ltd., led by Mr. Kathayuth Chupoon, Managing Director of Hongsa Power Co., Ltd., participated in the opening ceremony at Sanam Luang, Xayabouly Province. Mr. Phongsavanh Siththavang, Governor of Xayabouly Province, presided over the event. There were high-level leaders from the Lao PDR, the Xayabouly Provincial Leadership Team, leaders from various provinces and cities in the Lao PDR, officials from the government sector, the private sector, companies, businessmen, and people from both Laos and foreign countries attending the event in large numbers.

In 2025, Hongsa Power Co., Ltd. provided a budget for the event and participated in promoting the conservation of Lao elephants in the amount of 60,000,000 LAK.

At the same time, the Social Development Division of Corporate Affairs Department of Hongsa Power Company Limited has opened a booth to display and sell agricultural products and handicrafts from members of the Hongsa Agricultural Promotion Cooperative Group to interested parties at the event.
