On 28 February 2025, Hongsa power attended the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at Ratch Group Co., Ltd. (Public Company Limited), Nonthaburi Province, Thailand. The purpose of this meeting was to inform the meeting of the operating results for the past year 2024 and to discuss business challenges in 2025. In addition, the meeting also considered and resolved to approve the payment of dividends to shareholders in accordance with the Company's policy.
