On March 7, 2025, Hongsa Power Co., Ltd. and BLCP Power Co., Ltd. held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony for technical collaborations at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand. This MOU sets out the framework for cooperation between BLCP Power Co., Ltd. and Hongsa Power Co., Ltd. for a period of 3 years from 2025 to 2027, reflecting shared intentions in various areas, such as the exchange of technical expertise, sustainability initiatives, and the adoption of best practices to enhance operational efficiency and achieve common goals.
